We can be contacted between the hours of 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). Outside these hours, please leave a voicemail stating the following;

• Where you are e.g. the name of the hotel or public venue.
• What policy you purchased (pre pay or credit card).
• If it was a pre pay card, the card serial number (on the card reverse on the top right).
• The nature of your enquiry.
• A contact telephone number and preferably your email address.
