Liberty-i offers a flexible range of payment methods for the purchase
of Internet access. There are 3 main methods which we support;
• Prepay card (scratch card)
• Secure (SSL) online credit card transaction (AAA)
• Payment via room account, where available (PMS billing)
Prepay card (scratch card)
Liberty-i offers prepay card access to venue hotspots. These cards
are similar to the mobile top-up card and contain a unique 16 character
alpha-numeric code which you have to enter on the venue portal page
to gain access to the Internet. There are 3 main types of prepay;
Standard – 1 hour in 24 hours, start/stop with
VPN client support.
Executive - 2 hours in 24 hours, start/stop with
VPN client support.
Corporate - 24 hours in 24 hours, start/stop
with VPN client support.
In all instances, you can log on & off at will, and if your
PC, or MAC is running a secure VPN software client, Liberty-i automatically
recognizes the requirement and connects you to your corporate network,
quickly and without hassle.
Online Credit Card transaction
You can pay via your credit card for use of Liberty-i Internet. Your
transaction is processed via a secure link to ePDQ. You will be guided
through the process of credit card payment, which is quick and simple
and taken to the Internet, once you have paid.
Once you have paid via credit card, an e-receipt is sent to your
personal email address which is a valid VAT receipt, if for example
you need as proof of purchase for expenses or any other requirement.
Payment via room account
In hotel venues that have been appropriately equipped, you may elect
to pay for access to Liberty-i on your room bill. Therefore, you online
time will be paid for as part of your overall hotel bill.
